If you previously closed your SeamPay account and want to reopen it, you can do so after 30 days by emailing email@example.com with the following:
The phone number you used to sign up for the account.
A photo of you holding your ID, open on the photo page.
The details of any account information you need to update (email, phone number, address)
Your account must have been closed for 30 days before we can reopen it, and we need to be able to prove your identity before proceeding.
