The email address listed in your SeamPay account is how we keep in touch. We’ll send updates about your transfer there, as well as any other important information you need to know.

You can update your email address in the app:

  • Tap the Home icon in the menu bar
  • Tap the Settings cog icon in the top right of the screen
  • Tap your name, then scroll down to your email address
  • Tap Edit and follow the prompts

If you don’t have access to your email address, or you gave us the wrong one when registering, you’ll need extra help. Please contact us via the in-app chat and we’ll get it sorted.
