What happens if I create a duplicate account?


We’ll notify you if we notice this has happened.

If you need to make an entirely new account, we’ll give you the option to deactivate the existing account.

If you just needed help getting into your existing account, we’ll give the option to reset your password.

What happens if I deactivate my existing account?


You won’t be able to access the deactivated account. This means you won’t have access to your account's previous history.
